Budget and Estimating Analyst

As a Budget and Estimating Analyst, you will turn project drawings and specifications into accurate, SOV-aligned cost baselines. You’ll perform detailed quantity takeoffs, develop unit rates, and apply markups, ensuring all trade bids are normalized and consistent. Your role includes creating contingency allowances, updating baselines upon approval, and supporting value engineering initiatives. You’ll also work with procurement to select preferred vendors and provide audit-ready documentation for lender draw approvals. Your focus will be on ensuring that estimates are accurate and aligned with project goals.

    Project Accounting and Cash Management Specialist

    As a Project Accounting and Cash Management Specialist, you will manage all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities include managing ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling quantities for lender draw packs. You will forecast cash flow, manage working capital, and monitor accounts payable and receivable operations. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with the Ontario Construction Act and IFRS/ASPE standards while supporting the project’s financial health. Your role will ensure timely reporting, maintaining project liquidity and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

      Sales Representative

      As a Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the construction sector. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and develop strategic sales plans. This role involves fostering relationships with construction firms and project management consultants to present tailored financial management solutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

      Risk, Compliance, and Audit Officer

      As a Risk, Compliance, and Audit Officer, you will oversee the company’s risk and compliance functions, ensuring all projects adhere to regulatory requirements. You’ll maintain risk registers, manage contingency governance, and ensure that all financial documentation is audit-ready. Your role includes ensuring compliance with Canadian and Ontario regulations, implementing internal controls, and supporting risk mitigation strategies. You’ll also conduct quarterly control tests, monitor anomalies, and ensure compliance with standards, safeguarding the integrity of the company’s financial operations.

        Data, BI, and Automation Engineer

        As a Data, BI, and Automation Engineer, you will design and maintain data infrastructure and business intelligence solutions for the company. You will build data pipelines, automate workflows, and create BI reports using Power BI, ensuring accurate financial data for decision-making. Your role includes developing anomaly detection systems and nowcasting solutions to improve financial forecasting. You will also optimize performance, ensure secure data retention, and collaborate with teams to enhance automation processes, ensuring that the company delivers real-time insights for operational efficiency.

        Client Training and Field Enablement Specialist

        As a Client Training and Field Enablement Specialist, you will develop and deliver practical training to construction teams, ensuring they apply Construtix’s financial management tools effectively. You will create micro-modules, job aids, and deliver coaching to help staff adopt financial processes such as SOV coding, evidence capture, and invoice practices. Your role includes tracking training adoption and performance metrics and reinforcing compliance standards. By localizing content and providing on-the-job coaching, you will ensure that teams correctly apply financial processes for successful project execution.

          Forecasting and Project Controls Coordinator

          As a Forecasting and Project Controls Coordinator, you will manage accurate, driver-based financial forecasts and track project performance. You’ll build and refresh estimates, running scenario analyses and forecasting project outcomes using P50/P80 ranges. Your role includes calculating Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, analyzing variances, and producing clear forecast and performance packs. You will work closely with project teams, tracking exceptions and corrective actions to ensure financial stability and alignment with project goals, while improving the accuracy of forecasts and reporting.
